At StoneCast Designs, each stone is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized engraving and the unique nature of every stone, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care to size and design each piece to look its best, and we provide previews to help you visualize your custom product before ordering. However, please note that minor variations in stone shape, texture, or engraving placement may occur — this is part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.

If there is an issue with your order due to damage during shipping or an error on our part, please contact us within 1 day of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
