At Stonecast Designs, we take pride in delivering your custom engraved stones with care—and now we’re making it even easier with FREE shipping on all orders!

📍 Shipping Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

🚚 Carriers We Use

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of the package. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

⏱️ Processing & Production Time

Each stone is made to order, carefully crafted, engraved, and painted in our shop. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders—no hidden fees at checkout.

📦 Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for delivery issues or additional shipping costs.

❗ Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging, and we’ll make it right.
